Tanks

Tanks (or reservoirs) are used to store compressed air — they smooth out pressure fluctuations, provide an instant boost during peaks in demand, improve the efficiency of the system and protect the compressor by limiting frequent cycling. They are a key component of properly sized compressed air systems.
