Standard relief valves in bronze or stainless steel
In partnership with Goetze Armaturen, Méca-Fluid offers you high-quality bronze or stainless steel relief valves ‘Made in Germany’. Available in standard versions and with very short lead times, here are their specifications:
- With a bronze or stainless steel body
- Connection diameters from 3/8” to 2”
- With NBR, PTFE or FPM (Viton) seals
- Fluid operating temperature from -60°C to 225°C
- With a nominal pressure up to PN20
- Adjustable inlet pressure from 0.5 to 20 bar
- With proportional opening
- For liquids, air, gases and steam
Primarily used as relief valves where a reduction in pressure is required, these valves are also effective on test benches and in closed circuits with pumps, and can even be used as pressure-retaining valves.
These valves can be supplied uncalibrated and can therefore be adjusted directly on your system, even whilst it is in operation. It is therefore the valve that adapts to the operating conditions of your system, and not the other way round. It is also possible to have the valves pre-set at the factory. They are then supplied sealed and will include a calibration certificate.
