J4C series
J4C actuators are the result of over 30 years’ experience in the development of electric servomotors. They are based on a tried-and-tested, maintenance-free gearbox, which forms their foundation. Thanks to their self-locking design and deactivatable manual override, you retain control of your valve in all circumstances.
Key features:
- This range comprises several models with operating torques ranging from 20 Nm to 300 Nm.
- The gearbox is driven by a brushless direct current (DC) motor and state-of-the-art control electronics.
- This innovative electronics system incorporates a microcontroller and our proprietary software, enabling us to offer a wide range of customisation options and various types of connectivity.
- During operation, you have a complete overview of the valve’s current position and the actuator’s operating status thanks to a position indicator and a status LED.
- The entire unit is protected by a robust, corrosion-resistant housing made of PA6 polyamide, with an IP67 protection rating.
- The connection to the valve is, of course, standardised in accordance with ISO 5211 / DIN 3337, and the electrical connection is made simply, without opening the housing, via valve connectors that comply with DIN standards.
- This entire range of actuators is multi-voltage, operating from 24–240 V (DC/AC).

J4M series
Based on our J4C quarter-turn actuators, the J4M series has been designed for valves requiring several turns of rotation. Featuring the same basic specifications, these models are ideally suited to diaphragm valves, needle valves or globe valves, which can be controlled or regulated by a rotary motion.
Configuration and adjustment are easily carried out via Bluetooth. The software allows the required closing torque to be set directly within the actuator. Once this torque is reached, the actuator then automatically determines its operating stroke.
This series includes models with operating torques ranging from 2 Nm to 50 Nm.
